Dear Family,
Welcome to everyone worshiping with us today, both here in person and online. We are
especially grateful that you have joined us on this Communion Sabbath as we remember Christ's
sacrifice and celebrate His amazing grace.
This weekend also marks the 250th anniversary of America's Independence. We thank God for
the freedoms we enjoy while remembering that our greatest freedom is found in Jesus Christ.
Our Scripture today, Exodus 16:1–6, takes us beyond the crossing of the Red Sea. The miracle
had already happened. But what comes next? How do we live after the miracle? How do we trust
God when life settles into its daily routine? Today we'll explore what God has to teach us on the
journey.
A reminder that July is our church's Pause Month. There will be no fellowship lunches and
minimal music rehearsals. We encourage you to use this time to rest, reconnect with family, and
draw closer to God.
