We are aware that you have so many different places where you could have chosen to go and worship today; we are particularly thankful that you have decided to spend this Sabbath with us. Today, we're celebrating a special occasion within our church family as Prince Aquino takes another step in his faith by being baptized today!
Life sure has a habit of keeping us occupied, making us smile and appearing as though all is well, even though our hearts are saying something else. But here, in the presence of God, there is no need to pretend. We are encouraged to put down our burdens, stop the noise, and sit at the feet of Jesus.
Has your life really been all right recently? No matter what your answer is, there's no need to solve it all now or bear the full weight of it today; there is a place for you at Jesus’ feet.
