Dear Family,
Mother’s Day is around the corner and it reminds us of how
grateful we are for our moms. This month, our emphasis is on
family. We are reminded that though it was our mom who gave
birth to us, it took two together for each of us to be conceived
and born into this world. Our sermon title, “Twogether,” is
inspired by NAAFCA’s theme – “twogether, Bridging the Gap.
Genesis 2:24 “This explains why a man leaves his father and mother
and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.”
Are we thankful for the people that God surrounds us with that
makes our life more complete and allows us to do life better
together? Think of all the things that happen in our church and
how we need a team or community to accomplish it easier. Easter
Cantata, Church Retreat, NAAFCA, VBS, or even just our worship
service weekly. The reality is, we need each other. It is not only
nicer, but also how God designed us to be. Thank you LLFC family.
